Bill Beekman is responsible for board meetings, university ordinances, policies, and courtesies, as well as working with the board and the president to implement their agenda for change.

Jackie VandenBosch—on an interim basis—provides direct administrative support to the members of the Board of Trustees and coordinates board meetings, retreats, and university-related travel for the Board.
