Biography

Rema Vassar, Ph.D. serves as a professor in the Department of Administrative and Organizational Studies at Wayne State University's College of Education. She holds a doctorate from UCLA in urban schooling, and her work has appeared in numerous peer-reviewed scholarly journals. Prior, she spent more than 20 years as a teacher, counselor and administrator in K-12 schools.
