11.00 Boating

11.01 Motor propelled boating prohibited

.01 No person, excepting law enforcement authorities acting in the performance of their duties, shall without the approval of the Chief of Police and Executive Director of Public Safety, or their designee, operate any motor boat, or other motorized watercraft, which has been brought onto land governed by the Board of Trustees for use on any body of water contiguous to or contained within property governed by the board.
