20.00 Curfew

20.01 Minors under 18 years of age
20.02 Assisting, aiding, or abetting minors

.01 No person who is twelve (12) years or younger shall be in or upon any public building, or within the confines of Michigan State University between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. and no person who is seventeen (17) years of age or younger shall be in or upon any public building, or within the confines of Michigan State University between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, or person authorized by such parent or guardian, unless the minor is upon an errand or other legitimate business directed by a parent or guardian, or unless the minor is an enrolled student at Michigan State University.

.02 Any person of the age of eighteen (18) years or over assisting, aiding, abetting, allowing, permitting, or encouraging any child under the age of eighteen (18) years to violate the provisions of Section 20.01 shall be in violation of this Ordinance.
