46.00 Failure to Obey a Police Officer
.01 No person shall willfully fail to obey any lawful command of a law enforcement officer to stop or halt, provided such officer identifies themself as a law enforcement officer and provides, or offers to provide, identification of such and provided that a law enforcement officer is attempting to investigate, identify or apprehend a person for a suspected violation of any federal or state law, or local ordinance.
